What we collect
If you send a consultation request, we receive the details you provide: name, email, company, country, the service you are interested in, your company stage and your message. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security.
This website stores one item in your browser for the current session, to remember that you have closed the website notice. It also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). We use these statistics only to improve the website, not for advertising. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, to keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email, under confidentiality obligations, with registered professionals who work on your matter if you engage us, or where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Technical logs are kept for as long as the law requires, including under the CERT-In Directions.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
