- Reporting packs for overseas parents under IFRS or US GAAP, with reconciliations to Indian accounts
- Payroll processing and statutory deductions
- Audit readiness: schedules, reconciliations and support for your statutory auditors
- Virtual CFO: cash planning, investor reporting and finance processes
Statutory audits are carried out by independent chartered accountant firms. We prepare the books and schedules they need.
A rule many companies miss
Since 1 April 2023, companies in India that keep their books electronically must use accounting software with an audit trail (edit log) that cannot be disabled. Spreadsheets and some older tools do not meet this requirement. We help move companies onto compliant software without disrupting reporting.
Common questions
Can you produce reports in US GAAP or IFRS for our parent company?
Yes. We maintain the Indian books under Indian standards and prepare monthly or quarterly packs mapped to the parent's reporting framework.
Do you do the statutory audit?
No. Statutory audits must be done by an independent chartered accountant firm. We prepare the books, reconciliations and schedules so the audit runs smoothly.
Which accounting software do you support?
Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero are the most common. We can also work in your group ERP.
Tell us what you are working on. We reply within one business day with next steps and a fixed-fee or retainer proposal where possible.
