Before work starts we agree in writing who has access, which systems your data stays on, how long it is kept and how it is returned or deleted. We are equally happy to work inside your own platforms so that documents never leave your environment.

Can we start small?
Yes. Most clients start with a two to four week pilot on a defined task before scaling up.
Which time zones do you cover?
Our base is India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), which overlaps with UK and European mornings and most of the working day in China and Singapore. US coverage can be arranged for dedicated teams.
How do you protect our data?
Named access only, agreed systems, written retention and deletion rules, and NDAs for every team member. We can also work entirely within your systems.
