Founders often ask
We are a US startup hiring in India. Do we need an Indian company?
Not always at the start. Many begin with contractors or an employer-of-record, but once the team grows, an Indian subsidiary usually becomes the better option for tax, IP ownership and control. We can help you decide when to switch.
What is a reverse flip?
A reverse flip moves a startup's holding company from abroad (often the US or Singapore) back to India, usually ahead of an Indian listing. It involves company law, FEMA, tax and investor consents, and needs careful sequencing.
How do you charge startups?
Fixed fees for incorporation, filings and funding-round compliance, and a monthly retainer for ongoing compliance and accounting. We quote before we start.
